Is the supplication of the Wasilah and the Fadhilah for the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, to be recited after the Adhan or after the Iqamah, or after both, and what is the ruling on that in the four madhhabs?

Asking Allah the Almighty for the Waseelah and Fadhilah for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, after the Adhan is a requested and desired act, as reported by Jabir and Abdullah ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with them both. These hadiths indicate the permissibility of asking for the Waseelah after the Adhan and after the Iqamah, because each of them is called a call and an adhan. The madhhabs do not differ on asking for it after the Adhan due to the clarity and abundance of the hadiths. As for after the Iqamah, it is apparent from the words of the Hanafis, Shafi'is, and Hanbalis that everything requested from the listener of the Adhan is also requested from the listener of the Iqamah, including asking for the Waseelah, whereas no text has been reported from the Malikis regarding this.
