Do the conditions for sincere repentance – including not returning to the sin – contradict the Prophetic Hadith which indicates that Allah forgives a servant whenever he repents? And is repentance from the first sin accepted if the person returns to it again? And what are the degrees of creation or faith in a time when evil deeds have become widespread?

The tribulation you are experiencing is proof of the insignificance of this world, so be patient, that your reward may be great with Allah. You must hasten to repent from sins, and true repentance does not conflict between its acceptance and the recurrence of the sin. If you fulfill the conditions of sincere repentance—remorse and a firm resolve not to return to the sin—then Allah accepts it, even if you return to the sin and then repent again.

Among morals and acts of faith, some are obligatory for entering the ranks of believers, and some are recommended for perfection. Among the obligations are the pillars of Islam, honoring one's parents, maintaining kinship ties, and loyalty to believers. Among the recommended acts are supererogatory prayers and the remembrance of Allah.

Avoiding evil and doing good requires striving. Whoever desires Allah's pleasure and Paradise must undertake this. Among what aids steadfastness is supplicating for the rectification of the heart and keeping company with the righteous, for they are a support in remaining firm on the path of truth.
