Is it permissible to work as an advertising representative for the Yellow Pages company?

If these pages are used for advertisements that include the promotion of forbidden things, then it is impermissible to work with them, due to the spreading of indecencies and forbidden things involved. Allah Almighty has promised a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter to those who do so. He Almighty said: "Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know." And because that is part of sin and aggression, which Allah Almighty has forbidden cooperating upon. He, glorified be He, said: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
