What is the ruling on working as a tourism company owner responsible for renting hotel rooms to tourists, knowing that hotels do not ask tourists about the identity of their female companions, and that most tourists are unmarried and come to spend time in amusement? And is the lessor responsible for what the tourists do inside the rooms?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to aid in sin. If a Muslim knows that a person intends to rent a room for a sinful purpose, or strongly believes so, then it is not permissible for him to rent it to that person. If the owner of a tourism company is obligated to rent rooms to whoever requests them, even if he knows they intend to use them for sinful purposes, then it is not permissible for him to remain in this job.
