What should a married woman do if she is suffering from constant mistreatment by her mother-in-law, who interferes in her private life, and her husband refuses to provide a separate home despite his ability, and he also refuses to divorce?

It is good for a husband to be dutiful to his mother and earn her رضا (pleasure), but this must not come at the expense of his wife's rights. It is her right that he protect her from his mother's harm, without being undutiful to his mother. This can be achieved by providing an independent dwelling for her, even if rented.

It is recommended to involve wise people to resolve the issue. If this is not possible, the matter can be referred to a Sharia court. It is not advisable to rush into divorce before clarifying the situation.

Furthermore, the wife is not obliged to serve her husband's mother or anyone else unless she does so willingly. Caution must be exercised when washing the mother-in-law's body to avoid looking at or touching her awrah (private parts).
