What is the ruling on selling olives on trees before all their varieties are ripe, given the impossibility of separating the different varieties?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the sale of fruits before their ripeness becomes apparent, because it is a Gharar (uncertainty) transaction. The apparent ripeness of some trees in an orchard is considered ripeness for all of its type and species. Therefore, it is permissible to sell the fruits of an entire olive orchard if ripeness becomes apparent in some of them.
