Is the husband's saying to his wife, "You are divorced," once, while in a state of extreme anger, then denying the intention of divorce two days later, counted as a divorce?

If the husband utters the divorce (talaq) while he is aware of what he is saying, then the divorce has occurred, even if he did not intend it. He is permitted to take back his wife before the expiration of her waiting period (iddah) — which concludes after three menstrual cycles, or three months for a woman who does not menstruate, or upon delivery for a pregnant woman — if this was the first or second divorce. However, if it was the third divorce, she becomes unlawful to him and is not permissible for him until she marries another husband in a desired marriage, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her.
