There is no harm for a woman in offering herself to potential husbands, provided it is done within Sharia guidelines. Conversing with a non-mahram man for a need is permissible as long as it does not exceed the Sharia boundaries. However, most online conversations do not observe these guidelines and lead to fitna (temptation/strife). Sending pictures in this manner is not permissible. It is advisable to seek a safe path for finding a suitor by enlisting the help of trustworthy individuals and to frequently supplicate to Allah to facilitate a righteous husband. In the event that marriage is not facilitated, it is recommended to diligently maintain chastity and avoid anything that incites desires.
