Is feeding birds and animals with a monthly allowance considered a charity for which one is rewarded seven hundredfold, and does this act lead one to Paradise?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

Goats and birds are respected animals, and whoever spends on them will be rewarded, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "For every wet liver (living being), there is a reward." Allah's bounty is vast, and if Allah forgave a prostitute for giving water to a dog, then the promised reward is great. This act is among those that necessitate entry into Paradise, and entry into Paradise through it depends on Allah's acceptance, the fulfillment of conditions, and the absence of impediments. Therefore, a Muslim should have good expectations of Allah and hope for His vast bounty.
