How important is the husband to his wife, and is obeying him to be prioritized over obeying her parents and sisters?

The texts of the Quran and Sunnah have indicated the obligation of a wife to obey her husband, for he is her maintainer. She receives a great reward if she obeys him and fulfills his rights, and this can be a cause for her entry into Paradise. If the obedience of the husband conflicts with the obedience of parents, the obedience of the husband takes precedence, because his obedience is more obligatory upon her.
