Does Hajj expiate the accumulated oaths that the pilgrim had sworn before Hajj, in accordance with the Hadith: "Whoever performs Hajj returns as on the day his mother gave birth to him"?

Rights are of two types: rights of Allah and rights of His servants. The rights of Allah are of two divisions: The first is what accrues to one's liability, such as expiations (kaffarat), vows (nudhur), and making up missed prayers and fasting. This liability is not discharged except by fulfilling these obligations. The second division consists of religious transgressions such as lying, fornication, and consuming alcohol. These are expiated by repentance (tawbah), seeking forgiveness (istighfar), and an accepted Hajj (Hajj Mabrur), which expiates minor sins by consensus and major sins according to the more preponderant opinion. This is based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever performs Hajj for the sake of Allah and does not engage in sexual intimacy or commit فسوق (disobedience/immorality) will return as the day his mother gave birth to him." As for the rights of His servants, Hajj does not expiate them; rather, they must be fulfilled for their rightful owners or waived by them.
