What is the ruling on divorcing one's wife for the third time in a state of intense anger, knowing that the first marriage was void?

Your statement to your wife, "You are divorced," is an explicit pronouncement by which divorce takes place, whether you intended the divorce or were driven by anger, as long as you were aware of what you were saying and did not lose your sanity. Your belief that this pronouncement of divorce is the third or second does not affect the occurrence of your divorce.
