Is it considered disbelief not to condemn the use of the the chanted poem "Ilahi wa Khallaqi wa Hirzi" (My God, My Creator, and My Sanctuary) as a phone ringtone, and what is the ruling on one who does not condemn that?

Phone ringtones that include the Qur’an, supplications (duas), or remembrances (adhkar) should not be used due to the many concerns associated with them. Among these is the interruption of the Qur’an’s recitation to answer calls. This is not considered disbelief (kufr) unless the intention behind it is mockery or degradation. This is in contrast to throwing a mushaf (copy of the Qur’an) into a filthy place, which is explicit disbelief.
