Such a condition is invalid and the husband is not obliged to fulfill it. The husband must provide suitable housing for his wife, and there is no harm in him preferring his other wife in housing, especially if there is a reason for it, such as having many children. Justice in housing is achieved by giving each wife suitable housing; justice is not in absolute equality, but rather in giving everyone their due right.
