Upon research, no with this exact wording was found. However, Muslim narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, said: "Iraq withheld its dirham and its qafiz, and Syria withheld its mudd and its dinar, and Egypt withheld its ardeb and its dinar." Al-Nawawi explained this to mean that the non-Arabs and the Zunuj will seize control of these lands in the End Times, thus preventing Muslims from obtaining these things.
