Who inherits from a man who died without a direct heir (kalalah) and left behind the sons of a paternal uncle and the sons of a full paternal cousin's daughter, knowing that the paternal cousin died before the paternal uncle's daughter?

The paternal uncle's daughter and her children are not heirs; rather, they are considered kin (dhawu al-arham). If a person dies, leaving behind sons of a paternal uncle's son and no other heirs, then the entire inheritance belongs to them equally, as they are asabah (agnatic heirs). As for the daughters of the paternal uncle's son, they receive nothing because they are considered kin (dhawu al-arham). The matter of inheritances must be brought before the Sharia courts or discussed directly with scholars to verify all heirs, wills, and debts before dividing the estate.
