The inheritance of a deceased person who has no relatives except his paternal uncle's daughter and his paternal uncle's grandsons devolves upon the paternal uncle's grandsons, equally, if the paternal uncle was a full brother or a consanguine brother. The paternal uncle's daughter inherits nothing because she is from the dhawu al-arham (relatives by womb) and not among the legal heirs.
