Should the money paid for guarding (Al-Khafarah) be distributed among all heirs, or does it exclusively belong to the one who performed the guarding?

The condition of guardianship or guarding the sold land is a condition of ijarah (leasing/hiring) within a sale, and it is permissible according to the most preponderant opinion, unless it is a stratagem for usury or a loan that draws benefit. If the buyer is to pay compensation for the guarding, this is appended to the price and divided among the heirs of the land, and the paternal uncle is not entitled to exclusively possess it. It must be noted that if your father passed away during your grandfather's lifetime, you have no share in the land or its compensation. Furthermore, imposing guardianship is not permissible except with mutual consent and for a specific period agreed upon by both parties.
