Is saying "that's enough" in the context of talking to oneself or others considered seeking refuge in other than Allah? And is a person's refraining from certain actions due to fear of increased pain or due to obsessive doubts (waswasa) in matters like prayer considered a bad omen? And what is the ruling on wiping water around the lips after ablution (wudu')?

All the whispers mentioned must be ignored and paid no attention to. Imaginings are not seeking refuge in other than Allah, and delusions are not pessimism, except for what is known to be harmful, which should then be avoided. It is not obligatory to wipe the lips after ablution, and swallowing the water of ablution is permissible except for a fasting person. The whispers of Satan during prayer should be disregarded and not paid attention to.
