ما هو الرد على ادعاء أن الاستمتاع بملك اليمين يحل للمسلمين اغتصاب النساء في الحرب؟

The enemies of Islam will spare no effort in diverting people from the truth and keeping them away from it, using killing and oppression, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion, if they are able.﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 217]. And they spend their wealth on that, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder [people] from the way of Allah. Then they will spend it; then it will be for them regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved will be gathered to Hell.﴾ [Al-Anfal: 36].

They envy the believers and wish for their disbelief, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿Many of the People of the Scripture wish they could turn you back to disbelief after your belief, out of envy from themselves [even] after the truth has become clear to them.﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 109], and they will not be pleased with the believers until they follow their creed.

To guard against their plots, patience and piety are necessary, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And if you are patient and fear Allah, their plot will not harm you at all.﴾ [Al Imran: 120], along with preparing sufficient power to defend Islam, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy.﴾ [Al-Anfal: 60].
