Does divorce take place during the period of post-childbirth bleeding (nifas), and can a wife be taken back after three divorces have occurred in the aforementioned cases?

As long as you have divorced your wife with three pronouncements, she has become irrevocably separated from you, and you do not have the right to take her back unless she marries another man, genuinely desiring the marriage, and he has intercourse with her, then divorces her or dies, and her waiting period expires. Divorce pronounced during menstruation, or postpartum bleeding, or during a period of purity in which intercourse occurred, although it is an innovative (bid'ah) divorce, is still considered valid according to what is issued in our fatwas.
