Does divorce take effect with the statement, "Pack your bags so you can go to your family's house," with the intention of divorce, and then retracting that with the statement, "I have taken you back as my wife"?

If the husband utters a divorce during a state of extreme anger that deprives him of awareness, then his divorce is not effective. However, if the anger did not deprive him of awareness, then his divorce is effective.

If the divorce does not complete the three (talaqs), then the رجعة (revocation) is valid and occurs with such a statement, and this talaq is counted against the husband.

However, if this talaq completes the three, then the wife has become irrevocably divorced (بينونة كبرى), and her return is not valid.
