If a worshiper experiences anything during prayer, he should seek refuge in Allah from Satan and spit lightly to his left three times. It is recommended to live life normally and not surrender to fear. There is no harm in seeking help from someone who performs ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) in accordance with the Sharia, while being cautious of charlatans.
