Is it permissible for a sister to waive her share of the inheritance for the sake of Hajj, knowing that her father died in polytheism?

This sister has no share in her father's wealth, due to the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying: "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor does a disbeliever inherit from a Muslim." If her brothers donate a portion of the money to her, there is no harm in her accepting it, considering it a gift. Regarding the statement that her father and brothers are polytheists, if it is meant that they are idolaters, then the matter is clear. However, if it is meant that they were born into Islam and then committed major polytheism, then declaring a specific individual to be a disbeliever is a serious matter that should only be undertaken after the conditions for declaring someone a disbeliever are met and the impediments are absent. This is restricted to people of knowledge, piety, and caution.
