The answer

It is obligatory for a Muslim to detest disbelief (Kufr) and all its rituals, including the festivals of the disbelievers. It is forbidden to participate with them in their festivals.

As for accepting gifts from them during their festivals, the festival itself has no bearing on its ruling. Its ruling is the same as accepting gifts from them at all other times.

And what appears evident is the permissibility of accepting gifts from a disbeliever whom one intends to reconcile to Islam, or whose harm is feared, while still maintaining the detestation of his disbelief.
