Is it permissible to recite the morning remembrances between the Adhan of Fajr and the Iqamah, or after the Fajr prayer?

The time for morning remembrances (adhkar) begins at the true dawn (al-fajr al-sadiq), with the spread of light across the horizon, and extends until sunrise. The wisdom behind the remembrances at the two ends of the day is to commence and conclude the day with them. These remembrances are the essence of worship, through which well-being and happiness are attained. Therefore, there is no impediment to reciting them between the adhan and the iqamah after the time for Fajr prayer has begun.
