When should the morning adhkar be recited, before Fajr prayer or after it?

The morning remembrances (Adhkar al-Sabah) have immense virtue. Their time begins with the true dawn and ends with sunrise. It is permissible to recite them both before and after the Fajr prayer. They are the essence of worship and through them, well-being and happiness are attained, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance and glorify Him morning and evening."
