Is it permissible to perform the morning remembrances (adhkar) after the Fajr prayer at approximately nine in the morning?

A Muslim must perform the prescribed prayers at their legally designated times. The Prophet, peace be upon him, gave glad tidings to those who pray Fajr before sunrise and Maghrib before sunset, that they will not enter the Hellfire. Whoever performs the five prayers with complete ablution, bowing, prostration, and humility at their appointed time has a covenant from Allah for forgiveness, and whoever does not, does not have that. Hypocrites are negligent in prayer despite performing it. If overcome by sleep, an alarm clock must be used. As for morning remembrances, they are from Fajr until Zawwal (midday), and evening remembrances are from Asr until midnight.
