What is the ruling on ignoring a three-year-old daughter for fear of falling victim to sorcery, given the mother's knowledge of its practice?

Whoever is tested with daughters and shows patience with them, they will be a shield for him from the Fire. And whoever has a daughter born to him, and he does not bury her alive, nor humiliate her, nor prefer his male children over her, Allah will admit him into Paradise because of her. For treating magic, ruqyah (Islamic exorcism) and divine protections are recommended. It is not permissible for a divorced woman to prevent the father from seeing his daughter. If it is proven that she is practicing magic, Islamic courts or Islamic centers can be consulted to withdraw custody from her due to her sinfulness and the fear of harm to the daughter.
