Is it obligatory to make up the fast for one who drank water at the time of the second Fajr adhan then spat it out, and for one who found food remnants in their mouth after Fajr and removed them without swallowing?

As long as you expelled the water from your mouth as soon as you heard the , and removed any remaining food without intending to swallow it, then your fast is valid, and you are not required to repeat it.
