Does a divorce occur if a man, while angry, says to his wife: "I divorce you by oath"?

If the husband pronounces divorce while fully conscious of what he is saying and intending it, then the wife is divorced. He may take her back as long as she is within her waiting period (iddah), if this was the first or second divorce. If the waiting period has ended, then they may reconcile with a new contract, a new dowry, and her consent. However, if this divorce is the third, she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband and he consummates the marriage with her, then that other husband divorces her, and her waiting period ends.
