Is it Islamically permissible to buy a phone in Japan with the intention of canceling the subscription and paying the cancellation fee?

It appears that this transaction is a combination of sale and lease in one contract, where the company sells the device to the subscriber and leases the line to him, stipulating that he pay a sum upon cancellation of the subscription. Some scholars permit combining sale and lease for a single price, such as Ibn Taymiyyah, and this is one of the two views among the Hanbalis. However, in this transaction, there are two different prices, which leads to ambiguity and undetermination of the price from the outset. Therefore, we do not see it permissible to enter into it due to the ambiguity.
