These are matters that all heavenly religions and people of sound intellect have agreed to respect and preserve. Islamic Sharia (definition) has introduced numerous legislations to safeguard them. The first and greatest of these necessities is religion, and its preservation is achieved by adhering to the boundaries of Allah and observing the rulings of Sharia. If it is established that Sharia prohibits masturbation, then one must refrain from it, even if it does not harm the body or waste time and effort.
