The answer

Negligence in performing work is a betrayal, specifically that which harms the work and its clients. The employer has the right to deduct from the negligent person's salary and hold them accountable for any damage caused by their negligence. If the negligence leads to the loss of clients' rights, silence is not permissible; rather, the company and clients must be informed. If your employer does not hold you accountable and no client rights are lost, then your salary is permissible (), but you must be careful not to be negligent in the future, as Allah Almighty says: {O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts} (5:1) and {O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]} (8:27). And in the : "Indeed, Allah Almighty loves from a worker, when he performs work, that he performs it well."
