What is the ruling on writing a professional letter that includes a request to contract with an insurance company, knowing the prohibition of insurance, and is this considered assisting in sin due to shyness and fear of the manager?

Writing a request for the company to contract with an insurance company: If the insurance is commercial, it is impermissible because it is forbidden due to its elements of gharar (definition) (excessive uncertainty/ambiguity) and gambling. However, if it is cooperative insurance, there is no harm in it because it is permissible, based on cooperation and mutual support. As for committing a sin out of shyness or fear of the manager, it is a grave sin, disobedience, and a significant error, and it violates Allah's saying: "So fear not the people and fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price" (Al-Ma'idah: 44), and the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Let none of you belittle himself if he sees a matter regarding which Allah has a say, that he should speak about it. Then he will be told on the Day of Resurrection, 'What prevented you from speaking about it?' So he will say, 'My Lord, I feared people.' He said, 'Then I am more deserving that you should fear Me.'"
