Is it permissible for a husband, who is the manager of his uncle's shop and whose uncle suffers from Alzheimer's, to borrow a sum of money from the shop's funds without his uncle's permission for the purpose of marriage, and then travel for three months, knowing that his uncle would not have agreed to this while in his right mind?

The Sharia judge places an interdiction on a person afflicted with Alzheimer's and appoints a guardian over their wealth to manage it in their best interest. It is not permissible for the guardian to donate the interdicted person's money or to lend it. Similarly, it is not permissible for a shop manager to borrow for themselves or to lend to others without the permission of the shop owner. For someone afflicted with Alzheimer's, the judge places an interdiction on them and appoints a guardian over their wealth to preserve it, develop it, and oversee their shop.
