What is the ruling on naming a girl "Kinda" if its meaning is "the strong kingdom" or because it is the name of a pre-Islamic Arab tribe, and likewise naming her "Tamara" and "Yamna", and what is the ruling on naming a boy "Zayn"?

Naming a newborn "Kinda" was previously addressed in a fatwa. The name "Tamara" is for a Moroccan city, and no meaning has been found for it. It is permissible to name with it as long as there is nothing to prevent it, though it is better to choose other good names. The name "Yaminah" is permissible and means "blessed" or "of blessing." Naming a male child "Zayn" is permissible and means the opposite of "shayn" (disfigurement or ugliness).
