Is it permissible to name a female "Dina"?

Islam urges Muslims to name their children with good names that have known meanings, and it permits naming with any name that does not contain a Sharia-prohibited element. The guidelines for disliked and forbidden names have been previously explained, including flimsy names that have no meaning, such as "Zuzu" and "Mimi." The name "Dina" may fall into this category due to its lack of meaning, and therefore, it is not recommended to use it, despite the absence of an explicit Sharia prohibition.
