Is it permissible for an employee to take samples or additional goods from the company that are not offered for sale and are later disposed of, or is this considered unlawful?

What is left out of desire for it, or what is destined for destruction, there is no sin in taking and benefiting from it. This includes what harvesters and gleaners leave behind. So, if the samples or materials are trivial and destined for spoilage, and the company does not use them, there is no harm in taking them. However, it is preferable to seek permission from the authorized person in the company.
