Is it permissible to abort a fetus in the first month of pregnancy, given that it is the fourth child, there is already an infant daughter, and the mother's health is not good?

Aborting a fetus is forbidden, even in its early stages, according to the preponderant opinion of jurists. It is not permissible to resort to it for the slightest reason, unless there is a genuine excuse and a need to adopt the view of those who permitted abortion before forty days, or before the ensoulment. In such cases, there is no objection to it.
