Is it permissible for the husband to pay the price of the obligatory sacrifice due from his wife—who started menstruating after the circumambulation (Tawaf) and did not complete the ritual pacing (Sa'i) during Umrah on behalf of her deceased father—or must she pay it from her own money?

The Sa'y (walking between Safa and Marwah) is one of the pillars of 'Umrah. Therefore, whoever omits it entirely or in part, their 'Umrah is incomplete, and they must perform it. They are obliged to return to Makkah if they have departed from it, to complete it, and they remain in their state of ihram until they perform it.

Regarding the prohibitions committed by the pilgrim due to ignorance: - Prohibitions of luxury, such as wearing sewn clothes and using perfume: there is no penalty for these. - Prohibitions of destruction, such as shaving and cutting nails: a fidyah (expiatory sacrifice) is required for each prohibition (fasting, charity, or an animal sacrifice). - Sexual intercourse does not invalidate the 'Umrah if committed out of ignorance. However, if it was committed intentionally and knowingly, then the fidyah applies to all of the aforementioned. It is permissible for another person to offer the obligatory fidyah on their behalf.
