Is it obligatory to rinse the mouth in Ramadan after the suhoor and before the adhan of Fajr, and is one sinful if the adhan of Fajr is called or he falls asleep while there are food remnants or a juice taste in his mouth?

Rinsing the mouth after suhoor is not obligatory, and there is no sin upon one who sleeps with the taste of juice or food remnants in their mouth. It is preferable to remove food remnants from the mouth with a siwak or similar, fearing the swallowing of something that would invalidate the fast. For whoever intentionally swallows food remnants after having begun fasting, they have broken their fast according to the Shafi’is, Malik, Ahmad, and Abu Yusuf.
