Does the divorce take effect with the saying, "You are divorced, divorced, divorced" three times, with the intention of threatening and psychological pressure, during the period of the marriage contract and before consummation, along with deleting the voice message before sending it?

If a husband utters the words, "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," but did not intend a triple divorce, then a single divorce takes place. It is not a condition for the divorce to occur that the wife be present or aware of it; the decisive factor is the husband's utterance of the divorce. A Muslim should ask people of knowledge about what they do not know, especially regarding matters of marriage.
