Is it considered an innovation (bid‘ah) to designate a quarter (juz’) in each rak‘ah of the Tarawih prayer and to complete the Qur’an therein?

The Imam's recitation of a specific portion of the Qur’an in Tarawih prayer every night, such that he recites a quarter (rub') in each unit (rak'ah) with the aim of completing the Qur’an, is not considered an innovation (bid'ah). This is because completing the Qur’an in Tarawih prayer is recommended (mustahabb) by the four schools of thought, and there is no harm in specifying what is recited in each unit (rak'ah).
