Is it permissible for the Imam to recite the verse of debt in Surat Al-Baqarah, divided over four rak'ahs in Tarawih prayer?

It is permissible for the worshipper to recite part of a verse after Al-Fatihah, especially in long verses such as Ayat al-Dayn (the Verse of Debt), and there is no harm in dividing it over two rak'ahs. This is permissible for the following reasons: The Qur’an is the word of Allah, and reciting it brings reward and blessings. The noble verses may contain complete and independent meanings, and there is no prohibition against dividing a single verse. Jurists have explicitly stated the permissibility of this, including Ibn al-Hammām al-Hanafi, al-Nafrawi al-Maliki, Ibn Hajar al-Haytami, al-Bujayrimi al-Shafi'i, and al-Mardawi al-Hanbali. Nevertheless, it is better to complete the verse and the surah, as dividing them might affect the meaning, and this was the practice of the Pious Predecessors.
