Will the sterile, disabled, sick man have a wife and offspring in Paradise if Allah grants them to him?

We advise the questioner not to despair of treatment and to be keen on marriage, for Allah Almighty has promised to enrich those who marry. And "three are rightfully aided by Allah: the fighter in the cause of Allah, the indentured servant who seeks to pay his freedom, and the one who marries seeking chastity." He should also frequently supplicate in the last third of the night, with certainty of being answered, and seek a cure for every ailment. To seek offspring, he should supplicate with the prayers of the Prophets: "My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication," and "My Lord, do not leave me alone [without an heir], while you are the best of inheritors," and "My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous." He should also recite Yunus's supplication, "There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers," and frequently seek forgiveness. As for Paradise, all its inhabitants will marry "fair women with large, beautiful eyes" and "purified spouses," and for every man there will be two wives. If a believer desires a child in Paradise, its conception, birth, and coming of age will happen in a single hour, according to the words of Allah Almighty: "And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes," and "They will have therein whatever they wish."
