Accessing others' credit cards and withdrawing their money is fraud and an assault on others' funds without just cause, and its punishment is discretionary, determined by the judge. This act is not theft in the Sharia sense, for theft is taking money secretly from a secure place, whereas here, money is taken publicly from companies and banks through deception.
