If the husband permits his wife to go out whenever she wishes, then his oath is dissolved, and no divorce occurs if she goes out thereafter without seeking permission. It is understood from the statements of the scholars that if a husband tells his wife, "I have permitted you to go out whenever you wish," then his oath is dissolved at all times.
