What is the meaning of Allah Almighty’s saying: "The evil of their deeds has been made alluring to them by Satan. And Allah guides not the disbelieving people," and can it be used as evidence and applied to Muslims?

This passage is part of the verse from the Almighty's saying: {Indeed, the postponing [of the sacred months] is an increase in disbelief by which those who disbelieve are led astray. They make it lawful one year and unlawful another year in order to correspond to the number [of months] which Allah has made sacred, and [thus] make lawful what Allah has made unlawful. The evil of their deeds has been made fair-seeming to them. And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people} (At-Tawbah: 37).

And the meaning of {The evil of their deeds has been made fair-seeming to them}: Satan made their evil deeds fair-seeming to them, and among them was An-Nasi' (the postponing). The Arabs used to forbid fighting in the sacred months, but they would make some of them lawful and make other months unlawful in their place from outside the sacred months if they needed to fight. This was due to their reliance on raids and plunder.

And the meaning of {And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people}: This refers to those who persist in their disbelief, so He does not guide them with a guidance that leads them to what is desired. As for the guidance of showing the truth, it is for all servants. It is not permissible to use the verse as evidence against the reality of Muslims except concerning those who alter and distort and make lawful what Allah has made unlawful, for a Muslim does not become a disbeliever merely by committing a sin.
