Are Sheikh Mishary Rashid Al-Afasy's nasheeds that contain sound effects resembling music haram, and why are they found in the Islamic Audios section of Islamweb?

We have previously issued a fatwa regarding the ruling on anashid accompanied by sound effects, and the anashid of the mentioned Shaykh fall under this detailed explanation. If the effects consist of vocal repetitions and melodies made by the chanters' voices without musical instruments, then there is no harm in them. However, if the effects are sounds recorded on a computer that are manipulated to resemble the sounds of musical instruments, then they are considered music, and listening to them is forbidden, although there is a difference of opinion among contemporary scholars regarding their prohibition. Despite the disagreement among scholars, it is better to avoid doubtful matters, and we cannot definitively rule these anashid as forbidden.
